ID POLITICS on Instagram

Is a series documenting the political situation in Indonesia during the Joko Widodo administration (2014-2024). This series explores Indonesian politics as it relates to Jokowi and the events surrounding him. Political news in Indonesia moves at a rapid pace, and one way to capture and record this rapidity is through the use of the social media platform Instagram.

Some of the ID Politics artworks uploaded to Instagram were screen-printed, and the artwork in this menu is still a digital file recorded on Instagram, which was later lost due to being taken down.
